West Bengal is also known for its mouth dropping cuisine and use of various flavor like mustard oil. And most of their food dishes include high protein like fish rice, and also bhetki. Beef and meat is also among the most common protein consumed by Bengalis. But there have been many innovations in the food of Bengalis like, chap, rezala, kathi roll. In Bengal, widows are not allowed to eat such kind of food, and nither garlic. And not only this but they were also not not allowed milk, dry fruits or any milk related products and if at all they were allowed, it was in rare cases. And for sweets, Bengalis rasgullas are quite famous, both in West Bengal and outside.
